I would check out TLV760 - specifically TLV76033DBZR.

It seems not P-P compatible at pin1 and pin2, isn't it?

Is there any P-P solution?

Hi Sean,

You are correct, unfortunately it is not complete P2P, but it is the closest match we have for the SCP device.
