Hi team,
My customer uses TPS62170 in camera module. There is a project they use this part to 8->3.8V@150mA stage.
The issue is 1/5 cameras has ripple in the display. Other cameras are good. We do ABA test and find the issue follows TPS62170.
The inductor is 10uH, so I dont' think it is PSM mode issue. I review the layout and they have taken care of VOS layout. The switching frequency is >2M. And they use FB resistors 432k and 113k.
I ask them to try smaller resistor to improve noise immunity. They try 15k+4.7k. It works, but the output voltage is ~3.3V. When they try 18k+4.7kohm, the issue still exist. I am not sure why the output voltage setting make a big different.
Do you have any comments for this issue?
