Iam using a board which is similar Zc702 Eval board , In which power supplies are controlled by the UCD9248 and PTD08D210 combination, (Schematics : https://forums.xilinx.com/xlnx/attachments/xlnx/XLNXBRD/19427/1/zc702_Schematic_xtp185_rev1_0.pdf ). Here while programming the UCD9248 is always not a success, i mean the fusion power designer software says programmed successfully but , the board is not powering up but on repeated try of 4 to 5 times its is programmed properly and the power is generated fine. and this is also PC dependent only on two PC's we were able to program it properly. Since is we ant to manufacture board in bulk this will be as big problem. I also tried the fusion power programmer for manufacturing software and it also has the same effect. each time we program it we can see the files were flashed properly but shows some error OVP, OCP, TON Max like that randomly for different boards. Is there any solution to program it properly at first attempt?
