TPS51216: What's the internal ESD structure of TPS51216

Customer want to know what's the TPS51216 internal ESD structure. Please kindly help to provide.

Is TPS51216 have similar internal ESD protection design as the follows to avoid a surge voltage from I/O pin. (especially Hgate/SW/Lgate pin)
