Hi Yoshikawa,

The qualification summary for our devices can be found under the Quality and Packaging tab on the product folder page. For this device specifically, you can find the information at this link.

Looking at the information, it shows that for the ESD-CDM rating we tested 3 units under the standard JESD22-C101. For ESD-HBM we tested 3 units under the standard JS-001. The actual ESD ratings can be found in the datasheet, and that is the level the testing was done at.
