TPS62260: Output Voltage ripple

Part Number: TPS62260

I have a circuit with the with the part number: TI TPS62260DRV (see picture), which generates from VIN=5.0V an output voltage in the range of 1.8V-3.6V. However, I sometimes have an increased ripple on the output voltage. However, I have the ripple only at output voltages of >/= 2.5V. At VOUT = 3.3V the ripple is particularly easy to see. The resistors are dimensioned so that VOUT = 3.3V. The resistors are not as big as recommended in the data sheet. Nevertheless, this should have no influence on the function.
Normally the output voltage looks as shown in column 1 of the pdf document, which is usually the case. However, sometimes I measure the voltage VOUT as shown in column 2 or 3. The pictures per column are not taken at the same time and therefore the events are not necessarily synchronous.
The "defective" ICs were then sent to TI, and were examined. Please see the attached failure analysis report. According to the report, everything was ok with the ICs that I marked as bad. However, the problem with the report is that the input voltage is 3.3V instead of 5.0V and the set output voltage is 1.8V instead of the 3.3V. With these values (for me VIN = 5.0 and VOUT 1.8V) I could not find any problems.
After asking again about the input and output voltage I used, I received the following answer:

The team here did a load sweep on the return unit and could observe customer observation. However, this is not considered to violate the specification of the device, hence the return is considered as Trouble not identified-TNI.
This means that something has been found, but the error is too small to be recognized as an error. However, as in column 2 line 3 the ripple is almost 100mV for a short moment. For my application, this is too high.
My question here in the forum is as follows: Is there anything that can be done in the circuitry to reduce or eliminate the ripple. Why does the ripple only occur sporadically on the DC/DC converter?

Best regards

Jens
