TPS23861EVM-612: TPS23861EVM-612 + USB-TO-GPIO + PI-Commander-HotSwap

Part Number: TPS23861EVM-612

Hi

When I want to combine TPS23861EVM-612, USB-TO-GPIO & PI-Commander-0.8.4-674. It does not work. PI-Commander-HotSwap is able to detect the USB dongle, but no I2C slaves.

I have verified with a logic analyzer, that this combination is not able to generate any I2C traffic. SCL and SDA remains high at all time.

I found another support case on this forum suggesting to test "Fusion Digital Power Studio". Indeed (it upgraded the firmware in the process), when I sniff with my logic analyzer, these tools are able to generate I2C traffic.

"USB Interface Adapter GUI-v1.10" is not able to detect the USB dongle at all (downloaded from the USB-TO-GPIO product page, maybe because Fusion Digital Power Studio upgraded the firmware?)

I suspect the issue might be that something in the USB-TO-GPIO design has changed, and that the respective tools "PI-Commander-HotSwap" and "USB Interface Adapter GUI-v1.10" is not updated.

Are there any newer versions of the tools available and/or firmware for the dongle?

I think there is an issue with
