I am attempting to boost a 120AC mains rectified to 170V up to 220V for a design project. I've been trying to find a controller for a boost converter and this one seems to be the best option. Would you recommend using this for high voltages? Obviously, we'd use an opto-isolator on the feedback pin instead of just a voltage divider. Also, yes I am aware of the dangers of mains power and high voltage DC. This is a project that requires high voltages.
