BQ24133EVM-715-15V: Can't read the specified voltage at Vsys when testing

Part Number: BQ24133EVM-715-15V
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BQ24133

I am trying to complete test 2.7.1: Power supply and VREF in the test procedure. I am using a power supply feeding 6V (option 001) with a current limit of 4.5A connected to J1: Vin and J1: PGND of the eval module. I am reading acceptable voltages on J2(BAT), TP(VREF), and TP(REGN), however, I can't seem to read 6V +/- 500mV on J2(VSYS). I keep reading .159V on that output.

I have the jumpers connected as follows: JP1: 1-2; JP2: ON; JP3: OPEN; JP4: OPEN; JP5: 1-2.

Am I missing something? Do I need an external thermistor or extra circuit elements that are not already included in order to realize the test outputs? Do I need to apply other currents/voltages to any of the test points on the board?
