Hi team,

I am calculating the worst case input current of TPS62262-Q1 at 1.8V out.

Vin = 3.3V

Vout=1.8V

Iout = 0.3mA to 100mA

MODE=GND=Power Save mode

Could you give me datasheet Figure1 curve over operating temperature data for the condition above?

I tried to simulate on Webech, but it doesn't support Power Save mode.

Hi Tsuji-san,

You are requesting for Efficiency vs. output current graph with the following conditions as shown below. Is that correct?

Test conditions:

Vin = 3.3V

Vout=1.8V

Iout = 0.3mA to 100mA

MODE=GND=Power Save mode

Hi Tsuji-san,

There is no data available for the worst-case conditions. According to me, the typical value would be okay to understand the efficiency of the device for the system application. I would like to take the discussion further through the mail.
