Hi team,

We have a customer inquiry regarding the difference between the obsolete 5962P9951701VXA and the 5962P9951708VXA.
They previously ordering 5962P9951701VXA but now, only 5962P9951708VXA so our customer would like to know if there's any difference between these two part numbers.

Hi Jonathan,

There was no change to the product, but the 5962P9951708VXA has slightly different post-irradiation specs compared to the 5962P9951701VXA. Newer wafer lots showed a bit more parametric drift at 30 krad so the 08 device type was created in order to document the differences. I've added a link to the government document.
