TPS54332: Can Inverted Vout be achieved?

Hello,

I'm designing a system with several OPAMP and DRV134/5 requiring a positive and negative voltage.

So I was thinking of using 2 TPS54332 (1 positive and 1 negative) to make +/- 14V and 2 LDOs to smooth out the ripples to +/-12V.

But there are no mentions of the inverted design of the TPS54332.

Can the attached circuit work?

The second circuit is not correct, please refer to below application note to do the design.

Brian,

Also, 20 V to -14 V output requires an input voltage differential of 20 - (-14) = 34 V. TPS54332 is only rated for 28 V. You will need to look at a 36 V or 40 V device such as TPS54340B.

Thanks for the info.

I have been looking at the documents, but it's quite tedious.

I have calculated most of the values for Vin 20V, Vout -13.5V, Current 2A. but some more optimization is needed.

Does the below schematic look about right?

It is okay from my side, for the stability, you can check it on the board and optimize the compensation values.
