Hi Team,
We have a customer inquiry on how much Voh and Vol vary with temperature to help calculate radiation end points.
Please let us know if you have other questions with the customer.
Thanks!
Jonathan

Hey Jonathan,
While I don't have information on the variation, most of the datasheet is over the full temperature range and thus can be used to account for the temperature variation.
Also to confirm, you are talking about the variation of the PWM output of the device.
Thanks,
Daniel
We understand that the worst case Vol and Voh are specified over temperature which gives you an implied worst case shift. But if we add worst case radiation shift at 25°C that gives an unacceptable result. If we have a post-rad 25°C value and we know how much it could shift with temperature we can do our analysis.
Hey Greg,
Would you be opposed to me emailing the email you used to create your account?
It would be beneficial if we took this offline.
Thanks,
Daniel
