TPS23753AEVM-004: Q1 part substitution for 12V Operation

For 12Vout Application, IRF7855 N-Chan MOSFET (Q1) is impossible to find in stock. Will Si4190ADY work for this application. Vgs threshold is slightly different.

    Hello John,

    Yes the Si4190ADY will work because it has a higher VDS rating, lower Rdson, the same Vgate-on voltage and a higher Ids current rating.
