Hi, Ti EE

i'm developing a telecom power converter having soft-start function to limit current and it also could be like a switch. showed as below

0% --> 100% PWM behavior likes Current limit mode.

100% PWM behavior likes Switching (just bypass)

I try to design it by UC284X, but i can't meet 100% PWM.

 pleas recommend part-umber to help me design. remarked by blue.

the require spec :

1. 0% --> 100% PWM ,soft-star

2. have a external disable pin 

3. OCP function

4. without feedback is ok.

    Hello, 

    You should be able to use the UCC2800 in a buck converter.  The device has internal soft start.

    The following application brief explains how this works.

    You also may need to use a gate drive transformer to drive the high side FET.
