LM25017: ESR at VCC output

Hello,

I use a LM2517 in Flybuck configuration to power an isolated 4-20mA current lopp.

upon studying the datasheet I noted that the 1uF at VCC pin is suspiciously drawn as a polar cap.

Is there any requirement for minimum ESR at the VCC output?
