Sometimes false tripping can be due to the noisy environment or too small of a blanking capacitor. The customer may make improvements to these in order to prevent false tripping. Can you add some more background or details to the issue they are having?
If you are asking how to reset the driver after a DESAT is detected, this is done by sending a low signal to the nRST/EN pin for longer than 800ns. This is shown in Figure 46 of the datasheet.

The customer is using the ISO5452 driver for a three level converter. He wish to disable the DESAT fault detection on the middle transistors because it trips on noise from the top most (or bottom most) transistors.

I see. In that case, the DESAT pin can be shorted directly to GND2.
