What is the maximum value of Vhys for TPS3803 device? Dedicated datasheet (SGLS350C –JULY 2006–REVISED SEPTEMBER 2010) specifies only typical value with respect to certain VIT voltage ranges.

We do not specify min and max hysteresis.

Dear Abhinav,

thanks for your reply. Is there any rule of thumb to determine the max value of Vhys or can you provide statistical data from device characterization?

We don't have characterization of this data, but you can use the min and max of Vit and add the typical hysteresis of both sides of the characteristics.
