In the VISET standard, the measurement condition is described as Rsense = 10mΩ. Is the standard the same when Rsense = 20mΩ?

In the VISET standard, the measurement condition is described as Rsense = 10mΩ. Is the standard the same when Rsense = 20mΩ?
The equation for calculating max charge current holds for an Rsense of 20 mOhm. However, can you please explain your question in more depth?

The valid ISET range is up to 0.8 V as stated in the datasheet in section 9.3.2. If you want to use a RSENSE of 50mOhm, your maximum charge current will be 800 mA. This is calculated as 0.8V/20/50mOhm following Equation 2 in section 9.3.2.
