TPS61020: Circuit constant and LC filter constant

Part Number: TPS61020

Hi,

I am thinking of a circuit using the TPS61020 device.
The specifications are as follows.

As circuit constants, I intend to set L1 = 4.7uH, C2 = 2.2uF (ceramic capacitor) and C3 = 47uF (tantalum capacitor).
However, when enabling the power save mode, I think that there is no need to consider loop stability because the load current is small.
Is it necessary to use a high ESR capacitor such as a tantalum capacitor even when the load current is small?

In addition, I am considering adding an LC filter on the output side.
The constants are L = 4.7uH and C = 22uF (ceramic capacitor).
Is it possible to use this constant LC filter?
Also let me know if there are any recommended LC filter constants.

(specification)
VIN = 1V ~ 6V
VOUT = 3.3V
IOUT = 50mA

Best regards,
