I could see the propagation delay (min 28ns and max 40ns) is given for 0 load capacitance.
I'm trying to measure the same with mosfet mounted.
Do we have a curve with propagation delay vs load capacitance.

You are correct that this parameter its not specified in the datasheet, only for 0pF load.
We can use the PSPICE model can be used to estimate or simulate the delay over load capacitance.

For example, i simulated the prop delay at several load capacitance, up to a very extreme value using the sample project provided as part of our PSPICE model for UCC21222-Q1. The results are below, as well as a quick snap of the design file we provide. Please note that this is uses the typical model at a fixed temperature, and should be used for estimation.
