TLV62568：die under x-ray about TLV62568

Recently, TLV62568 was found O/S issue, and it was found that the die shapes of NG and OK are different under x-ray, as shown in the attachment. Please help confirm whether there are two kinds of dies in TI TLV62568, so that we can distinguish them.
