SM72445: about the DC-DC circuit , can i miss the two PM MOSFETs? if I do this ,as a result of it ,what is the difference?

I want save costs for my disign ,so does someone have advice about this ,and tell me what is the most defferenc about using the two PM MOSFETs or not, thank you so much

sorry for the late. the main benefit of using the PM mode MOSFET is to have higher efficiency. you can remove the two MOSFET if cost is the main concern.
