Hi,

Could you tell me about Pin13?
Pin13 names are different for Datasheet and ”EVM and Webench".
Which is correct?
And Are the functions different between V5V and Vcc?

    They all describe the same functional pin, just different alias.

    Sorry for the confusion here.

    I report to the customer that "it's the same feature pin"

    Could you tell me why the pin names are different?
    And official name is V5V. Is this correct in understanding?
    Customers are also confused by the different pin names.

    Several engineers were most likely involved in development of the different pieces of documentation.

    Each engineer has their own preference and follow their own best practice on naming conventional of PCB nets.

    Example:

    For a buck sometimes I call the VIN pin net VBAT as often it is connected to car battery. Sometimes I call it VIN.
