TPS61251EVM-517 Shut down.

There was a long discussion 2 years ago called "TPS61251: Shut-down current TPS61251 versus Shut-down current current in TPS61251" but there was no conclusion to that thread.
So here is out question:

Hi TI Support, Hope that you are all well in those crazy days.

In TPS61251 datasheet table paragraph 8.5 the shut down current is given as typical 0.85uA.

We connected 3.3V to the VIN and EN is 0V. In this case the current is 0.85uA as expected.

Next we changed EN to 3.3V - the output is active and the current goes up as expected.

Now we set the EN back to 0V and expected the current to go back to 0.85uA, but the current went down to 9uA - very high current for this situation.

What can be the reason for such high current when EN=0V and how we can overcome this problem.

Note that the TPS61251EVM-517 board has marking of "2010". We tested it on 2 Evaluation kits that we purchased last week and both failed.

Will appreciate very much a quick feedback since it holds our activities.
