Hi,

To simulate one design, i need PSpice model of TLV431B.

From TINA Spice model i created the PSPICE model but following error occur there.

ERROR(ORPSIM-15108): Subcircuit DC_1mV_1A_1V_1nA used by X_U2.X_D1 is undefined

ERROR(ORPSIM-15108): Subcircuit DC_1mV_1A_1V_1nA used by X_U2.X_D2 is undefined

ERROR(ORPSIM-15108): Subcircuit DC_1mV_1A_1V_1nA used by X_U2.X_D3 is undefined

Hi Manish,

Are you using the TINA-TI model into PSPICE or the already created PSPICE model?

Hi,

I copied the spice model from TINA and created the .lib and OLB files for PSPICE.

once i imported the design in PSPICE, i encountered the errors mentioned above.

it will be really helpful if you can send me the way to get pspice models from TINA SPICE model.

Hi Manish,

I am unsure on what steps you have taken to create a PSPICE model from the TINA-TI model. I would recommend to try to use the PSPICE created model that already has a .lib/.obj/ect files on TI.com.

The model was verified to work with the PSPICE simulator below.
