Hi,
I bought an LM5064EVK and installed the PI commander GUI. I'm following all the steps in the UG, FTDI dongle is connected and EVK is supplied with -48V. But the GUI just doesn't detect the device. The EVK works fine by itself, LM5064 is powered on correctly and I can see the hot-swap soft start before voltage appears at the output.
- Windows recognizes the FTDI dongle when I plug it in, it plays the usual sound. But I don't recall windows to have installed the drivers of the FTDI dongle (maybe it did automatically and I just didn't noticed). I can't find the drivers online to install it. Could you please point me to them just in case?
- Any other possible causes of the device not being detected?
