Hi team,
My customer wants to use REF3425-Q1 with Vin=5V and Vout=2.5V condition.
From system point of view, there might be the case where Vout > Vin.
Question):
In this case, do we have internal clamp diode to stand with the condition by clamping excessive voltage?
Or will it be required to put clamp diode between Vout to VIn, to protect internal body diode from high current?
