Hi,

I am looking for help in selecting a gate driver IC or my application .

I have two back to back mosfets with Source of both mosfets shorted. The potential on both the drains may go as high as 25V depending on the type of configuration i have in my application. The input to the gate driver will be a DC of 3.3V . I dont have a pulsed signal but i have a DC input which i can give to Gate driver 

Please help me figure out the Gate driver IC which can drive to nearly 30V and also rise time in order of micro seconds at least.

Note : the present mosfet wont go till 30V but i have similar kind of configuration with different mosfet which are capable .

My input capacitance is 2ps around .
