hi everyone,
I'm running a Trial version of PSpice. I downloaded PSpice model and a project example TPS62110 PSpice Model (Rev. B). the simulation is for a downhole application (high temperature) knowing that the TPS62110-HT buck converter withstand to 175°C i runned the simulation for 150°C and i had this error "INTERNAL ERROR -- Overflow in device X_U1.D_U2_D1, Convert"
i used transient model for the TPS62110 and i runned the simulation in Time domaine (transient), i used autoconvergence and put DMFACTOR =0.001.
