Hi,
Please advise us how to calculate "pd - power dissipation".
Could you please let us know the Ron value on Vin=5V? We only find Ron value of Vin=3.3V/2.0V/1.8V.
Thanks and best regards,
M.HATTORI.

Hi Hattori,
Power dissipation in a load switch is calculated with the output current and Ron of the load switch [ PD = (I^2) * Ron ]
What VBIAS voltage would you be using in the application? This will affect Ron of the load switch.
Best regards,
Andy Robles
Hi, Andy-san,
VIN and VBIAS is 5V. Please advise us.
Thanks and best regards,
M.HATTORI.
Hi Hattori-san,
Ron for VIN = VBIAS = 5V would have a typical value of Ron = 0.73ohms. Figure 3 in the datasheet can also be used to obtain a margin of the Ron value across temperature from -40C to 85C.
Best regards,
Andy Robles
