TPS61222: TPS61222 outputting 3.8V instead of 5V

Part Number: TPS61222

Dear TI-fellows,

I'd like to use a TPS61222 on my PCB to allow for charging with 0.7V solar panels. Currently, the TPS61222 is connected as follows:

As inductor, I am using a 2.2µH with 320mA current rating and 1Ohm resistance (frequency limit is around 7MHz. In the datasheet it reads that 2.2µH could be acceptable. However, I'm just getting 3.8V as output for an input range of (0.7-3.8V). Could it be that I broke the IC by exceeding the input voltage? I think I did it for a short while up to 10V.

Thank you!
