BQ24196: Why Sys has a drop voltage

Hi Team,

My customer now use BQ24196. 

When they connected with battery, it is normal and no voltage dropped.

When they don't connect with battery, SYS has a voltage dropped when 3.3V power up but no load in 3.3V.

I asked them to add SYS output cap bigger. Do you have more suggestion？
