Sorry for the delay. We want to make sure we are providing the correct information that is being requested. The package team would like to know 

If they are concerned about CTE mismatches between the different materials, are they expecting us to provide the reliability results during qual and show that we are not having any delamination and/or package crack that can result to an electrical or reliability risks during actual use case application ?

What specifically is the customer planning to use with the CTE values that we provide ?

Are they going to do some stress modeling at their side ?
