We have finished our investigation, unfortunately, the qualification data for this device is missing and we could not locate it in the system. Due to the age of the device >10 years, we may not be able to provide the qualification data. Will you please discuss this with your customer and explain the situation and let me know how they say.

It is a problem that TI does not provide reliability data.
Customers stop using LP38692MP-2.5 / NOPB.
Another product has reliability data for a product that is over 10 years old.
Isn't it wrong?

I apologize but this is not common, all devices are supposed to have qualification data, but for some reason, this particular device's qual data is missing. Is there a particular qualification item that the customer is concerned about? Are they open to a different device?
