My customer used 57140 in a head lighting, their PCB is only 2 layers, EMC test result failed at 1.2MHz, 12dB worse than the spec. However, their 4 layers PCB can pass it, the grounding difference between 2 and 4 layers is very small, do you think if the issue is really related with the layer quantity? Any other comments? Thanks.
