our system is:
input 12V, 2ch output 24V
first powered-on without load, it works good.
But, with load (around above 24'V/3A) , it doesn't work.

It looks like the control loop compensation needs to change to ensure stable operation at when the output current is 3A. I suggest changing the following part values.
R51 = 1.78kOhm
C49= 56nF
C52 = 2.7nF
