We are using FPWM version LMR34215FSC5RNXRQ1 and observe 20mA current consumption at 0-A load .
May i know is 20mA reasonable for FPWM version of device ?
Also who contribute the 20mA current consumption ?

Yes, 20mA is reasonable. FPWM means the device is switching at the set frequency at all times, even at no load. This means the FET capacitances are charging/discharging at this frequency which consumes power.
