May I have your help to propose the LDO solution automotive solution to meet below requirements?

Vin = 10.5V

Vout = 10V

Iout = 1A

AEC-Q100 is needed

Is TPS7A47-Q1 the best solution?

Hi Allen,

The TPS7A47 is a great part and can meet the above needs. We also have the T1963-Q1 which is a bit more of a general-purpose device. but it's max VIN is 20V vs. the TPS7A47's max VIN of 36V.
