Hi I am looking for aerospace and defense grade part like TPSM53604/3/2 but current ratting should be more than 6A. Please suggest if you have any part.

Hi Ajay,

The nearest power module that is similar in operation to the TPSM53604 with 6A capability would be the LMZM33606.

Hi Jimmy,

the output voltage for LMZM33606 is 1 to 20 V, do you have anything that generates 0.85V also.

I want to power up the core of Xilinx SoC ZU3EG (ZYNQ-uS+MPSoC) which require 0.85V . it is also used to power up other circuit on board.

What is the output load and input voltage requirement? It may be difficult to find the appropriate device without this information.

If your input voltage is low (6V) then perhaps you might want to look into the TPSM82813.

If your input voltage is wide then perhaps you might want to look into the LMZ14201.
