I saw my customer engineer Xu hong in US contacted with you in E2E, Since Xu hong is my customer engineer he didn’t buy TI parts but checking for technical issues, I guess he didn’t talk to you about the orders I placed to TI. Besides I didn’t find the conclusion of the case, since I saw you said you answered through email and closed the post. Yesterday, Xu hong informed me to stop use the balanced 995pcs stock of UC3854ADW in my factory and return to TI.
I opened an case " Case CS0193810 (SO# T00399037, T00437059) has been Updated - Recently, we have found UC3854ADW, TI on our PCBA does not work properly." And TI support said I need the product engineer provide approval about this claim( approval contents should include " UC3854ADW in so# T00399037, T00437059 are defective, TI needs to provide replacement for customer." )
I bought total 4110pcs UC3854ADW via the two orders, and used 3115pcs, and left 995pcs in my factory.
Would you help to check and give your approval for the 995pcs chips? Thank you.
