 I need a automotive part similar with LMZ31520.

    Hi Alpha,

    We do not currently have automotive grade version of LMZ31520 nor any buck power module. For an automotive grade converter (not integrated inductor), I would recommend entering your design requirements into WEBENCH Power Designer and using the Automotive IC Features filter in the Select screen to see only devices that meet your design requirements that are automotive grade. Note that the IC will be automotive grade, but the passives shown in the design may not be automotive qualified. Still, it will be a good way to see what potential devices you can use to meet your design requirements.
