when customer use TPS 78601, They found when EN shutdown ,output still has 0.5V voltage ,we disconnect all the load ,but still found 0.5V voltage in the output . Could you please help check what happened ? Thanks .

I tried to cut off all the load and pull up circuit , now the output voltage can as low as 0,26V. still can't meet 0V. Can you please help take a look ? Thanks .

If there are other rails in the system that still have power, is there any chance one of the devices powered by another rail is also powered by the output of the TPS786? There could a leakage path pulling up the output voltage.
Does adding a pulldown to GND make the output go to ground?
I hope this gives you some ideas to find the source.
