    Hi

    LM7480-Q1 is in preview stage and is the suitable replacement for LTC4365.

    It has input reverse polarity protection, Surge protection (industrial and automotive) and over voltage protection (including over voltage clamp on output).

    Operating range is much wider and suited for automotive and industrial applications, in-terms of negative and positive input range.

    Dual gate drive helps to protect from various automotive and industrial transients.

    Over current protection requires a comparator such as TL331 or amp INA302 would do the job.
