do we have the EAR(Repeated avalanche) data of CSD25402Q3A and CSD16301Q2? we cannot find the information in the datasheet. Thanks.

Hi Frank,

Thanks for the inquiry. We only test and rate our FETs for single pulse avalanche. Therefore, we have no repetitive avalanche data and do not recommend operating our FETs in repetitive avalanche mode. The CSD25402Q3A doesn't include EAS specs in the datasheet but it has been tested during product development. I can send you a summary of the data via regular email if that is helpful.
