Hi Anne Ngo
Thank you for your replying.
I want to a common earlier version to try because when I installed the lasted version 7.3.1, it shows 'Error loading or running application library: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation.'
So could you help to check how to fix it?
Or could you give me a common earlier version that if it can running successfully.
Best regards,
Thomas
Hi, Thomas,
I don't believe earlier GUI version will solve your issue. What window operating system you are using? Try the below steps:
1. uninstall Fusion GUI
2.Download the "TI-Fusion-Digital-Power-Designer.exe" to your PC first.
3.Right click on the "TI-Fusion-Digital-Power-Designer.exe" and choose "Run as Administrator"

Hi Anne Ngo
Thank you for your replying.
I have tried to run this as Administrator in Windows 7 system, but it has displayed same error message: 'Error loading or running application library: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation.'
Please kindly help to check if there is any other reasons.
Thanks and Best regards,

Hi, Thomas,
1. What is your window operation system? Is it window 7 32 bits or 64 bits? what is the window version and OS build?
2. Did you un-install the software first (and make sure to delete the entire install folder before re-install) and re-install the program?
3. How do you run Fusion GUI? From the "Short Cut" or directly from the installed folder? Go to the install folder and try to run "Fusion Digital Power Designer.exe" and see if it works.
Hi Anne
our window operation system is 64bits
window version: 6.1.7601 Service Pack 1 . Internal version: 7601
processor :Genuine Intel(R) CPU U2300 @ 1.20GHz,1200 Mhz,2 the kernel,2 logical processors
It still doesn't work if we uninstall and delete the installation package folder and reinstall it
It cannot be the same error to go in from a desktop shortcut or from a folder.

Hi, Thomas,
1.Please disconnect the EVM board from your PC, then launch Fusion GUI it directly from your install folder and let us know if it works. If not, then what is the error message (you said it is not the same)
2. Please list all the assemblies in your installed folder: usually, it would be in "C:\Program Files\Texas Instruments\Fusion Digital Power Designer\bin". There might be missing assemblies in your folder. Do you have Microsoft .NET framework installed in your PC?

Hi Anne
Disconnect EVM and connect EVM, and the result is not working. It also doesn't work to enter from the folder. The error message is the same ,as bellow picture
I have installed Microsoft.NET Framework 4 Extended and Microsoft.NET Framework 4 Client Profile
"C:\Program Files\Texas Instruments\Fusion Digital Power Designer\bin".

Hi, Thomas,
The assemblies in the "bin" folder look OK.
* Please make sure that .NET Framework 4.5 is installed and the "data" folder (in the installed folder) is set so that everyone has read/write permission.
For the purpose of debugging, please disconnect the EVM board when launching the GUI (to eliminate the issue might due to device).
