I have a 12V Migthymax battery Model ML15-12 battery and despite your previous answers, I still cannot calibrate my battery voltage with bqStudio. My jumper is in the right place and I followed the setting you mentioned. On the other hand, on my REGIN I have 5.23V and on the REG25 I have 0V. I changed the bq34110 and it works. The error `` Calibration - Pack voltage correction is beyond allowed range`` persists. In addition, in bqStudio when I press read all, all my parameters are modified and return by default. My battery remains gray and indicates 2mV. What can be my problem?

Your jumpers and connections seem correct, have you followed all the calibration steps in the EVM guide?

yes, i followed all the steps. I even went to see all the other publications on this subject, but still nothing happens. Are my values for REGIN and REG25 normal?

I would suggest you check the SEC1 and SEC0 bits. You can find more details about these two bits in the BQ34100 TRM.

Hello,

Could you double check your battery connection to the EVM? the 2mV may be correct and when you try to calibrate the calibration factor is too high. There could also be a problem with your EVM.

Hello,

The Evaluation Module (the bq34110EVM-796) might have been damaged. it appears the gauge is working but the calibration factor is too high from 2mV to 12V.

ok thanks and what part could it be to change if the bq34110 has already been changed? To complete the information, I noticed that the calibration is possible from 100 to 130mV only. Would this be a setting I need to change? And when I modify a parameter, when I do read all or write all, all the parameters come back by default so is it possible to know if the parameters are really modified. Thank you

Thank you, it was the card that had a problem, I simply changed the card and the problem was solved.
