BQ27441-G1: Full charge capacity jump causing jump in SoC while charging

Hi,
I am using BQ27441-G1A as the fuel gauge with BQ25606 as charging for charging a Lithium-Ion battery with a capacity of 4400 mAh. I have successfully completed the ChemID finding and learning cycle to create a golden file. Unfortunately after configuring the Fuel gauge with the golden file, it showing a jump in SoC to 100% from below 50% while charging. When I checked for the reason I have found that the jump in the Full charge Capacity is causing this issue. I am attaching the log data from Bqstudio while this jump is happening and the ChemID report.
