My customer used TPS63021 as 3V3 regulator for their system voltage. Their efficiency appears to be lower than expected when battery drops to 3V. This is the lowest voltage they will allow but they need 2.4A ( datasheet graph is more at 2.35A ). They also have the derating requirements which maybe they might meet.
Can you estimate if they will be ok for 2.4A @3V and 100 degree C die temperature if they follow pcb design guides for a 4 layer or 6 layer pcb ?
