Can you provide the max value of minimum cathode current for regulation across temp?  Especially in 125C

    HI Dongbao,

    We do not have a maximum value for Ika(min) over temperature. The general rule of thumb is to add 50% more current than the Ika(min) to take into account temperature variations.

    I would use 1mA or greater Ika to make sure that the device has enough current over temperature.
